See it first
The studio sends a photo or short video of your actual bouquet. Nothing leaves until you approve it.
Looked after
Follow it to the door with a proof-of-delivery photo. If anything goes wrong, we make it right.
We'll tell you when we open
Leave your email and the area you'd send flowers to. We'll write once, when we get there.
We'll only use your email to tell you about the launch, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Privacy

Sending flowers with Floriplace
- Can I send flowers the same day?
- Yes, when a studio near the address can make it in time: each area has a cut-off time for same-day orders. Otherwise you pick another day.
- Who makes the bouquet?
- An independent flower studio or florist near the delivery address, by hand with fresh flowers, not in a warehouse.
- How do I know what will arrive?
- Before it leaves, the studio sends you a photo or a short video of your actual bouquet. You approve it or ask for a change.
- Can I add a card with a message?
- Yes. You write the message and it goes with the bouquet.
- Will the recipient know before it arrives?
- No. We don't contact the person receiving the flowers before the delivery, so the surprise stays a surprise.
- Where will you deliver?
- We're starting in Spain and the United Arab Emirates. France, Italy and Germany are being studied.
Do you run a flower studio?
You make the flowers; we bring the orders. No fees and no exclusivity.
