This website only collects personal data when you send us a form. If you ask us to tell you when we open: your email and, if you give it, your area; we use them only for that and keep them until we launch there or you ask us to delete them. If you send the studio interest form: your name, your studio's name and address (with its location on the map), email, phone, how many extra bouquets you could make a week and, if you give them, your website or social media and a message.
We use it only to contact you about joining Floriplace as a partner studio, on the basis of the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.
The form is delivered to our team through our providers (Vercel for hosting, Google Maps to suggest the address, Google Workspace for storage and email and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics). We keep the data while we're talking to you and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you become a partner studio.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@floriplace.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies: only if you accept them in the banner, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) sets its cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years) to count visits and see which pages work, without advertising. If you reject them, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookies" at the bottom of every page. Your theme and cookie choices are kept in your browser only.
